Unable to Open Workspace

The following error occurs:
  • Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
Most likely causes:
  • You are not connected to the Internet.
  • The website is encountering problems.
  • There might be a typing error in the address.
  • The Apache server was not running.
  • Steps to check if the Apache service is running:
      • Start the windows services and see if the Hyperion apache service is running
      • If it is running then check that it is listening on port 19000 by doing the following

        On windows Platform:
      • Start a command prompt window
      • telnet ApacheServerName 19000 press enter and see if it is listening on that port
      • If not listening then try stopping the service and reconfigure the workspace webserver
