Symptoms:
- When trying to access Hyperion Workspace using the following URL:
- Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
- You are not connected to the Internet.
- The website is encountering problems.
- There might be a typing error in the address.
- The Apache server was not running.
- Steps to check if the Apache service is running:
- Start the windows services and see if the Hyperion apache service is running
- If it is running then check that it is listening on port 19000 by doing the following
On windows Platform:
- Start a command prompt window
- telnet ApacheServerName 19000 press enter and see if it is listening on that port
- If not listening then try stopping the service and reconfigure the workspace webserver
