Root Cause:
Another process is accessing
the outline.
Solution:
Wait for the other process to complete. If you suspect that there
is an erroneous lock on the application, try stopping and restarting the
application. If necessary, shutdown the Essbase server properly and restart it.

THanks for the info Sravan, we have facing issue with the error and we have killed process which is not required on the application.
